It's been nearly a week since the Kree and Skrull armadas turned the skies and streets of New York into a violent and deadly battlefront. To both the shape-shifting Skrulls and the militaristic Kree, Earth is considered a strategic midpoint in their long-running cosmic war against each other. Vital territory to be conquered. A primitive population to be crushed. But what they failed to see is that this "territory" is our home. These so-called "primitives" are our people. And there's no way in heaven or hell my team will surrender either without a fight. Doesn't matter that we're outnumbered, outgunned or the impossible odds against us. What matters is that they're invaders. And we're Avengers.
