Paying never moves you up a waitlist, and downgrading never deletes or locks a circle — an over-cap circle keeps everyone and just stops taking new members until there is room. See how waitlists work.

When money changes hands

Buyers pay the listed price, plus shipping and sales tax where they apply — never a buyer fee. Sellers receive the price minus one fee. Card processing is included in that fee: we pay the card network out of our share, so there is no second deduction.

Fees apply to new sales at the rate shown when the sale is made — except that an approved Game Master listing or a published Marketplace listing keeps the rate it started with. An approved Game Master's rate is an introductory one. Refunds follow each listing's own policy.

Businesses that host play

A monthly subscription you can cancel at any time — there is no set-up fee. Billed separately from a membership, and the sale fees above still apply to what you sell.

Selling a few things of your own? You don't need Hub: list them on the Marketplace. Listing is free, with no subscription; the Marketplace fees above are all there is.

Free listing — free. A directory listing, and host sessions at your venue; Booking & availability management; Headline figures: sessions, attendees and revenue; Customer counts, new and repeat.
Hub — $30/mo. Run your space: venues, bookings, events, staff and the full analytics picture.
Hub Commerce — $50/mo. Everything in Hub, plus a storefront: sell products with your own Stripe payouts.

Hub partners can also buy an optional place in the labelled Sponsored row for a session, venue or product — at most two at a time, only where they match what a member searched for, and never inside the results themselves.
